The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi,
I'm trying to learn how to use sympa (as list owner) but I don't have
sympa installed (right now). Is there some list-provider to make some
list creation/configuration test? I'm most interested in web interface,
because I did'n found any extensive documentation about.
Is there some document explaining web interface in detail?

P.S.: I found a message on the main page http://listes.cru.fr/wws/ about
list creation requests... but I didn't found anything more (maybe beacuse
of my poor french).
