reject.tpl is currently only used with REJECT command
But I guess Sympa could also use it in this situation.
The message message that is sent now is defined in NLS catalogues
(*.msg)
which are a bit more tricky to manipulate than templates.

If your template file begins with a "From: " line, then,
Sympa won't add From: and Subject header fields ; you can thereby
change the Subject of this message
