The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi. Sympa seems to work just fine here now.
Just a little thing.. 

I have a private list and when a user who's not in the list is sending a
message to the list sympa is supposed to respond with whatever it is told
to respond with in the reject.tpl file.

The docs says that sympa is looking for that file in this order:

1. ~sympa/expl/mylist/<file>.tpl 
2. ~sympa/etc/templates/<file>.tpl. 
3. ~sympa/bin/etc/templates/<file>.tpl. 

Well. I have made my own reject.tpl file
-rw-r--r--    1 sympa    sympa        1065 Oct  6 18:32 reject.tpl
it is placed in /home/sympa/expl/bredband and looks like this:

From: [conf->email]@[conf->host]

Subject: Meddelande till [list->name] avböjt

Ditt meddelande till [list->name]@[list->host]
blev inte godkänt för vidare förmedling pga att [user->email] inte är en
registrerad 
email adress i listan.

För att kunna skicka och ta emot mail från [list->name] måste du
registrera den här email adressen. Det gör du genom att skicka ett email
till address@concealed .

mvh address@concealed


(Subject of your mail : [subject]) 


Check [list->name] list usage :
[conf->wwsympa_url]/info/[list->name]

Thus Iv'e done this sympa refuses to use my reject file. 
I keep getting the default reject message with subject "Your
message to bredband has been rejected" ...
So iv'e tried to restart sympa, renamed the file in templates to .old ..
restarted again and so on.. 
Why isn't sympa reloading the new reject.tpl file ??
