The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I am trying to get sympa set up to host a list for my organization.

Sympa can't find the lists that I have set up. I am enclosing copies of my
aliases and /home/sympa/expl/
Sympa log file enclosed at end.
I have not created a subscribers file because docs say that sympa will do
this automatically?
I presume that subscribers send a msg. to alumni-subscribe to request
inclusion into list and if the list is restricted, sympa will forward a mail
to me asking if its ok to let them in?


I can see msg's in the spool directory msg , however they aren't being sent.
What am I doing wrong?
