Yes inteed. "send editorkeyonly" just refer to the scenario named
send.editorkeyonly You can write your own scenario and install it in

~sympa/etc/scenari/send.privateandeditorkey

This one will be a standard scenari in next release

title.us private with auth and sumit to editor
title.fr message des abonnés soumis aux modérateurs

is_subscriber([listname],[sender]) smtp -> editorkey
is_editor([listname],[sender]) md5 -> do_it
