The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

This is my fisr message to the list, I very proud of using sympa, It 's
been the best solution for auw newsletters, until now it worked very
fine, now I have upgrade from sympa 2.3 over redhat to sympa 2.4 over a
with libc6 2.1 and I am experiencing some problems.
First sympa.pl falls down and do not make de smtp calls specified on
maxsmtp parameter and when it work sl eaves a lot of sendmail zombies
The sendmail version is 8.9.3
The libc6 is 2.1.3-2 on debian
So anybody have any suggests?

I have another question, when sympa is restarted, how it works?
repporces the entire list if the message is in queue or in any way it
knows the status and process the list from the status it was befare it
falls?
