The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

dear list,

i'm just beginnning with sympa and by now don't have success.
I use qmail as mailserver, so i put
sendmail        /var/qmail/bin/sendmail
in my /etc/sympa.conf

and instead of editing an alias file I put the line
|/var/sympa/bin/queue sympa
in /var/qmail/alias/.qmail-sympa

the .qmail-owner and .qmail-request in the sympa home work fine

when i send mail to address@concealed, qmail logs that it delivers the
mail locally to sympa, but then nothing happens, the sympalog file remains
empty too.

Anyone how can give me a hint where to look for solution ?
