The debian package of sympa 2.3.3 has been uploaded to Debian. It
will be available tomorrow on good Debian mirrors.
I've waited a bit before packaging 2.3.X since I didn't want to package
a not so well tested verion. I hope 2.3.3 is good enough.
BTW, my web site has moved from prope.insa-lyon.fr/~rhertzog/ to
tux.u-strasbg.fr/~raphael/. You can fix it on the sympa web page if you
want.
