The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Most users don't care about proposed patches and only await management and
installation support in sympa-fr and sympa-users. Therefore a new mailing 
list has been created, address@concealed. 

Should subscribe to sympa-dev :
        - contributors to sympa itself
        - package authors (redhat, debian,....)
        - translators of sympa Locale messages  

Should be posted (not restricted to subscribers) in sympa-dev :
        - bug reports
        - proposed patches
        - discussions about evolutions of Sympa
