Also: there is a glitch in the conversion process. See in
https://sympa-community.github.io/manual/scope.html and

— the first has bullets and a paragraph under (System

— the second only have bullets and no space between the bullet and
  what was the paragraph (System administratorsPeople who deploy)

That kind of glitch may appear elsewhere, I didn’t checked.

To detail a little bit what has been done, 2 plugins have been developed by Etienne (Méléard) (very quickly so thanks a lot to him) to retrieve and parser the github markdown.
He also just finished another one to get the releases page, and I just installed it. The sympa.org homepage is therefore up to date with regard to releases.
So these are "very young" plugins, and there are certainly still some bugs.
But I will try to do some documentation on what has been put in place.
