Hi developers,

I vaguely plan to release beta of the next stable three times.
There are 11 weeks between 6.2.37b.1 (6th Oct.) and 6.2.38 (21th Dec).
So other betas would be released arouod (only as guide):

  - 6.2.37b.2 --- 3rd Nov  (4w after b.1)
  - 6.2.37b.3 --- 1st Dec  (4w after b.2, 3w before stable)

On of our major aim of 6.2.38 is ARC support.
Currently changes on code and draft documentation has been provided
by the contributer.

We have to finish testing it and confirming it useful and working as
expected, before the next stable in December.
