Hi developers,

We have to thank John contributing ARC support for Sympa.
ARC is an e-mail authentication scheme that remedies a problem of
DMARC.

These works remain:

* Testing.

  I propose releasing a beta including ARC in around 6th October.

* Documentation.

  We have to add description about how setting and using ARC support
  to decumentation: https://sympa-community.github.io/manual/
