hello people,

lot of discussions started since david open the sympa7 branch
and reached a climax on this morning irc channel activity. It
seems everyone changed (or made up) an opinion on at least one
topic.

i would like to thank all of you for the time you spent to share
experiences and expertise with us: this clearly led to interesting
decisions (even if some could be desapointing).

also i would like to summarize

* the decisions made
* the reason why those decisions appeared
* the decisions that need more investigations

i will write a mail for each topic so there will be no confusion. also
please really consider those mails as RFC, litterally: the goal of them
is to be approved/commented/amended before they would be
documented/implemented.

* don't hesitate to comment if you think i don't reflect the current
  state
* if haven't participated yet, it's time to share.
