hello,

there will be a complete document on the goals of this hackathon
but the main goals are to reach a consensus on the future of sympa
and create a core team with people who know each others and are happy to
work with.

About the hackathon itself, i think i would be nice to have 3 teams:

UX/UI team (lead by sandhose):

go on sketching define a spore spec for the sympa REST API

Backend team (lead by racke):

* Start to expose the sympa API with a REST service on top of Dancer2
  (this would also implies to think about a much more cleaner an simple
  API than the current one)

Sysop team (no clear team leader for the moment):

* simplify and rethink the installation process
* produce a standard virtual environment (a docker stack?)
  that would be easy to setup
  for a new contributor. it should be possible to use it to test a
  complete suite of scenarios including sending mails from a client
  machine and recieve a mail back.
  * TAP reports should be produced.
  * integration in a CI system should be easy
