While an excellent idea, that's exactly the kind of changes (additional 
mandatory dependencies) that ought to be discussed first. I'm not sure 
than Date::Parse is the most adequate module to be used here, among the 
various alternatives.

I don't see the point of discussing every single coma in the code, while 
enforcing this kind of decision alone. We franckly don't have the same 
notion of what is important and what is not.
