"you have to use an enumeration instead of an interval, because someone 
told me there was a difference" isn't an argument. Now feel to argue for 
years, or fix it yourself directly, I don't care.

"you have to do it this way, because it's written in FSF documentation" 
doesn't impress me either. We apply guidelines because we agree with 
them, not because they are written in stone.

The real issue with copyright statement in sympa's code is not the usage 
of comma or dash symbols, but the fact they are mostly outdated, 
inconsistent, and missing, especially in code from foreign origin (such 
as Marc.pm, PlainDigest.pm, ou time_utils.pm). Endless typographical 
argumentation won't solve this issue.
