hi sympa devs,

it turns out we have a list with a "+" in the list name. sending to the 
list works, but trying to access the list with the web interface crashes it.

seems like a pretty easy fix to add the '+' character to the regex so 
the list name is allowed.  has anyone had any experience changing this 
regex? i'm concerned about breaking something.
