After reviewing the code, it does not look like it is possible to reset loop counters without restarting Sympa.

The next step is feature requests:

loop detection:
- includes tracking of sender and mailing list (sender-list), not just sender
- checks a whitelist file/db table for sender-list combinations that should be ignored
- has exceptions for sender-list combinations that provide different loop_command_max values and/or loop_command_sampling values
- has a reset mechanism for sender-list combinations if a loop condition has been resolved.

I'll post these to the feature requests interface next week.

Is there a way to review the loop count for a specific sender without restarting sympa services?

How about resetting the list counter for specific sender?

Thomas
