Could I have someone explain how messages get processed from the msg 
(incoming) and moderation queues into the bulkmailer?  I haven't been 
able to figure out how the message gets made available for delivery by 
bulk.pl. 

Also, I would like the outbound messages to be placed by Sympa (bulk.pl) 
into the outgoing spool, where we have a sendmail queue runner 
processing outbound messages.  We have Sympa 5.4 working this way, what 
needs to be done to Sympa 6.x to behave the same way?
