Feature Request
It is expected usage pattern for owners and editors of a heavily trafficked,
moderated list to set their options to
'nomail'. In the situation that every owner and editor is set to 'nomail',
Sympa will return an email to the sender
of a message saying that there is an Internal Server Error.
This behaviour could be changed so that no Internal Server Error message is
returned to the user.
There is no internal server error, as the messages are still being held for
moderation. The owner or editor for a list
just has to log into the administration website to see them.
