Sympa 5.3b.5

  What code generates the sync_include.ttl.task list_task_models file? 
How can the creation of this file be prevented (and the creation of the 
sync_include task files along with it)?

  We have updated our sympa code that forces an update to members of a 
list when the list receives a message.  We would like to prevent the 
update of members when the list receives a message if the members TTL 
has not expired.  I'll probably need to submit this as a feature request.
