  Also an issue--Although sympa doesn't die with this setting--is the 
mailing list setting "subscribe auth_owner".

  After sending a subscribe email to a mailing list, Sympa returns a 
confirmation to the subscriber.  But, nothing happens after the 
confirmation is returned.  The owner does not get notified and the 
subscriber does not get placed in the "Moderate - Subscriptions" queue.

  I'll take a look at the subscribe.owner and .auth_owner scenarios and 
trace through the Sympa code to see if this is an obvious problem that 
can be addressed.
