The cleaner way to change the user_data_source is to do it via the web interface ("Edit List Config") because wwsympa will transfer/migrate data straight away.

The other way is to change the 'user_data_source' parameter in list config files manually. If you do so, then :

1. if the mode was previously 'database', the subscribers will be recognized. You can have a try with the web review feature
2. if the mode was previously 'include', you'll have to wait for the next cache update (now in the database). Just the time the task_manager needs to find out an 'sync_include' task is required for this list and run it
