Developers of Sympa

A while back, it seemed like an online voting/survey module for
Sympa (possibly integrating mod_survey using SOAP?) was in
development.  It's been a long time, and no mention of it, so is
that idea dead?  It's probably the only major function that a lot
of our users want that Sympa doesn't provide, along with basic
list service and filesharing.  It seems like the survey integration 
would be pretty basic, since it doesn't even need to use email
functionality, just Web, right?
