Hi,

  It seems that in some conditions, NLS catalogs cannot be generated
  properly (Invalid caracter messages).

  In order to avoid this, it is possible to add a comment at the begining
  of the catalog, like:

  $ codeset=iso-8859-1

  It works fine now for all catalogs except from tw.msg where I put:

  $ codeset=big5

  The codeset is correct but it seems that there is an invalid line.

  Could someone speaking Chinese try this and fix the problem please ?
