I see 2 possible problems with this sample message :

1/ the message boundary contains in it
It could perturb a few MUAs :(
This carriage return has not been introduced by Sympa,
because the boundary is built as follows :
my $boundary ="----------------- Message-Id: \<$messageid\>"
Then it could have been introduced by a MTA...

2/ There is no boundary at the end of the message.
Is this a cup/paste pb ?
