That's because WWSympa evaluate the send scenario to know if it should
show
the user the "Post" button. But it does not have the message and cannot
evaluate the scenario properly.

We should add a scenario to define who can see the Post button. But it
makes configuration more complicated.

In the meanwhile, I supressed the send scenario evaluation from within
wwsympa.fcgi.
