  When I install sympa-2.7.2 in my linux server, I couldn't create a new list

using http://www.mydomain/wws .

(wws is ScriptAlias to wwsympa.fcgi)

Attached file is ~sympa/etc/topics.conf, and I have created directory digest and news-letter

in ~sympa/expl directory manually.
