Announcements of new sympa release

Dear users of Sympa mailing lists and Sympa web site,


The Sympa Community will have a new domain name.  We would like to
inform you that the addresses of our mailing lists and URLs of web
sites will change.


New web site URL
----------------

The web site for the community of Sympa will now move to the new
domain "sympa.community".

After 15th August 2022, the official website URL will be:

> https://www.sympa.community

Notes:

  * sympa-community.github.io, previously used URL, will be
    automatically redirected to the new site.

  * www.sympa.org is no longer under the control of the community.
    Now its content is out of date.


The mailing lists
-----------------

The mailing lists about Sympa, which have been hosted by RENATER on
their server, will also be migrated to the new server on the new
domain.

The transition will take place between 15th August 2022 12:00 (UTC)
and 16th 12:00.  The mailing lists will be unavailable during this
time.

You do not need to do anything to move to the new mailing list.
However, please note:

  * The addresses of the lists will change after the transition.

  * You will need to create a dedicated password to log in to the web
    interface of the new lists: You will no longer be able to log in
    through the federation.

We will let you know when the transition process is done.
