Announcements of new sympa release

A long time ago we discussed the best format for the reference manual
(latex by the past).

We suggest open-office in order to ease  contribution to the 
documentation, but some guy suggest to use a wiki. We have adopted this 
idea and reorganized the entire web site in a wiki http://www.sympa.org.

We hope  the new organization look is usefull for you and of course, 
you are welcome to contribute to the documentation using the wiki features.

Thanks to Virginie Paitrault who did a great job on the reference manual
preparing the migration from latex to dokuwiki.

I known many of you will request a printable format for the
documentation. It is not yet available but we will produce it and it
will be part of the tar.gz distribution. We have first to solve some
troubles with the wiki we use (dokuwiki).
