Announcements of new sympa release

We have made a new 5.0b.1 beta version available : http://www.sympa.org/distribution/

This version mainly fixes a bug with the previous sympa 5.0b beta :

Moderated and/or confirmed messages were not distributed because sympa.pl was assuming that it was running with two processes running (one for the commands and one for the messages). Confirmed and moderated messages were stored in the distribute/ spool but never processed. 

To fix this problem you should perform one of the following actions :

• Set distribution_mode sympa.conf parameter to fork to have to sympa.pl processes running (adviced on big ML servers for better performances)

OR

Upgrade to Sympa 5.0b.1 and move messages from the distribute/ spool to the msg/ spool.
