1/ Main changes of this version :

  o New features:

        * Translations of web templates & scenario titles to
          German (H. Wilhelmi) 
        * Translations to Czech (nls, templates & scenario titles)
          (P. Prazak) 
        * Auto installation and removal of aliases. New
          alias_manager parameter in wwsympa.conf.
          Newliases run via a C wrapper (H. Wilhelmi) 
        * Man pages for Sympa 
        * search_user for listmaster, available from "sympa
          admin" web page 
        * New options to sympa.pl : --import, --help and
          --version 
        * Add Javascript check of HTTP cookies 

  o Bug fixes :

        * Did not keep date of 'subscribers' file Could not
          synchronize with changed 'subscribers' file 
        * Died while getting first subcriber if subscribers file is
          empty. (P. Prazak)
        * Bug error: Can't call method "seq" on an undefined
          value 
        * did not apply subscriber options changes if
          user_data_source is 'file' 
        * Many corrections to documentation (D. Lewis) 
        * Set list's lang for owner notification (instead of
          subscriber's lang)
