List for people interesting in developping and using Sympa packages

Hi guys,

I've been sick for a month, thus delaying all the work on Sympa. I'm OK 
now and will tackle this release soon. Actually, this will be a 6.1.9 as 
a non viable 6.1.8 was chortly released.
Here are the plas: I'll try to release the 6.1.9 quickly, as it is now.
Next, a 6.1.10 will be released which will include a short and manily 
cosmetic functionnality related to list families. that shopuld be all 
for the 6.1 and should be done roughly in one month.
