Sure. Source RPMs including .spec file are also distributed under GPL.
I made some modifications for convenience: a small wrapper script is
called instead of newaliases command so that multiple MTAs may be
supported without recompiling; confdef.pm was modified to some
config parameters be read only; etc.
I'm glad if my work helps more people wish to use Sympa.
