[sympa-fr] Interface sympa ne demarre pas

Bonjour,
quand je veux affichier la page interface de sympa, j'ai l'erreur 403
Forbidden, You don't have permission to access /sympa on this server.

ma config:
fedora 6, la version de sympa est 5.3.3
 mon installation est faite avec yum

quand je lance sympa, tout est ok, quand je lance mysqld tout est ok, pour
hhtpd tout ok.

J'ai  fais le changement de propriétaire :
# chown sympa:root /home/sympa/bin/wwsympa.fcgi
et l'exécution du script sous apache (www):
# su www -c /home/sympa/bin/wwsympa.fcgi


Quand je regarde dans le fichier error_log voici le message
