Sympa and Mac OS

Hi,

We have released a modified version of Sympa 3.4.3.1 that does no more 
require gencat
and Msgcat perl module. This obviously was the obtacle for running Sympa 
on Mac OS X.
We hope it will allow full Sympa installation on Mac OS X :)

This change will remain in future Sympa release.
