Sympa 2.3.0 released

Sympa 2.3.0 is available : http:listes.cru.fr/sympa/

release 2.3.0 improvements : 

        o Internal database may be handled by PostgreSQL 
        o Most commands are controlled by scenari 
        o Priority has shifted from aliases to list config 
        o de.msg : Sympa now "spricht Deutch" 

Main changes :
        
        o If you rely on a DBMS to manage you subscribers file,
        you will need to rename tables "user" and "subscriber"
        into "user_table" and "subscriber_table" 
        (conflict with PostgreSQL "user" keyword)

        o Scenario syntax has been extended. If you wrote your own,
        check documentation for new syntax.

        o Priority parameter no more needed in aliases. Old style is
        compatible though.

Bug fixes since 2.2.7 :

        o Sympa used to systematically send a digest on Sunday (for
         list in digest mode only).

        o "match()" condition in scenari corrected

        o corrections in include_ldap_query
