Read-only file system is more than a permission problem. A permission  
problem should say "permission denied".

Here it is the file system which seems mounted read only.
You might have a look to mount and dmesg -T.

Can you write in sympa queues dirs ? In postfix queues ? In /tmp ? In /run ?
