Hello All!

Question for the community that I hope someone will be able to assist me with.

I have been trying to get DKIM & ARC set up on my Sympa installation. I have been able to have messages properly authenticate when they come from the web interface (new subscribers, etc.). To me this means that DKIM & ARC is working overall. However, when they come through a mailing list, they are not properly authenticating. Sympa is installed on an AlmaLinux server, with Exim as the MTA. Many of the other functions on the webserver are handled by WHM/CPANEL.

I *think* that the messages are having email headers altered after going through Sympa. It appears that messages are going back through the Exim MTA after being handled by Sympa. I believe Exim is making changes to the headers at this point, which means that the signatures are not aligning when they are received by the end user.

I hope that all of this makes sense. If anyone has any guidance on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. I have scoured the community archives and cannot find anything.

All my best,
