OK, i need to explicitly enable and start also 'wwsympa.socket'. Now works.

But home page have an 'Per piacere aspetta' (Please wait) spinner and in log
i catch:

and effectively /var/lib/sympa/css/lists.pnlug.it/style.css exist and is
readable; i've on virtualhost:

 Alias /css-sympa /var/lib/sympa/css
 <Location /var/lib/sympa/css>
         Require all granted
 </Location>

and on sympa.conf:

 css_path        /var/lib/sympa/css
 css_url /css-sympa
