 SetHandler "proxy:unix:$PIDDIR/wwsympa.socket|fcgi://"

should probably get changed to

 SetHandler "proxy:unix:$PIDDIR/wwsympa.socket|fcgi://localhost"

a change I had to make to get with work with apache 2.4.60, also works with 2.4.59
