The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi!

I would like to send list creation request notifications to an additional (or 
alternate) email address from that of the listmaster.  So, in the default 
create_list.public_listmaster:

  title.gettext anybody by validation by listmaster required

  is_listmaster([sender])   md5,smime -> do_it
  true()                    smtp,dkim,md5,smime -> listmaster,notify

When a non-listmaster requests a list, I wish that the listmaster action 
could send a message to our ticketing system.  I don't want *all* listmaster 
messages to go there, *just* the creation requests.

Is there any way to do this?
