The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Good afternoon

I have a problem wanting to enable the Sympa application as Mailing List Manager on a Plesk with AlmaLinux 9.3, using postfix.

By adding the lines of code in main.cf and reloading the postfix, it causes no messages to be delivered later.

The emails bounce with an error message 451 4.3.0 Temporary lookup failure.

Observed permission errors like Command output: /usr/libexec/sympa/queue: while opening queue file 'address@concealed': Permission denied

Would you be able to help me out? I have looked into forums with no luck
