The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Did you look at your MTA (sendmail or postfix) logs?  They may provide a 
clue.

In our case, this happens when all of a list's recipients have their 
mail delivered to a certain large ISP that many people use. This ISP 
will refused suspected SPAM during the delivery phase, which Sympa 
interprets as bounces.  If everyone on the list has their mail going to 
the same ISP, 100% of the mail will 'bounce' and trigger this warning.

Our workaround here is to run SpamAssassin and provide users with some 
scenarios that will reject or moderate suspected spam.
