Hi Matthew,

From what I read in your logs, it may be possible that Sympa fails to get the model file used to create the task (Sympa::searchfullpath() does not log in case of errors).

One possible reason could be access restrictions to the '<sympa/install/dir>/default/tasks/' directory.
