Hello,
i asked  the person who is responsible of the certificate and there is no
problem about it.
Also, the web interface is working with the same apache configuration,
sympa.conf and the robot.conf parameters into sympa 6.2.40 version (ubuntu
20.04).
Also, I get the same problem (same errors) with the pre-production server
( sympa 6.2.40), so i asked for correction into the certificate and i
corrected the sympa.conf, robot.conf configuration , then it works well now.

But for my server upgraded from ubuntu 20.04(sympa 6.2.40) to ubuntu
22.04(sympa 6.2.66):
I checked if there is all upgrades notes between 6.2.40 and 6.2.66, then i
deleted cookie parameter into sympa.conf(because its deprecated) and used
wwsympa_url_loca parameter into robot.conf
It seems a problem about the sympa.conf or robot.conf problem, but i can't get
it.
I can't get the problem into the certificate if its  the reason also.
