we do have set something like

password_validation MINLEN=12,GROUPS=4,DICTIONARY=4

in sympa.conf

It works but it does not exactly specify the pattern as you wish.

Is it possible to enforce a password policy for Web UI in Sympa?

Something like
minimum_length, require_digit, require_lowercase, require_uppercase ?
