Thanks for the info. The command line option worked for me! Unfortunately,
the options to add owners and editors in the web interface is missing in our
installation. If you know how to get that back, that would be great.

Even when you are logged in as listmaster?

Hello, I'm new to managing Sympa and have recently been tasked with migrating
our Sympa installation to the new server (which went successfully). We
upgraded during the move to version 6.2.68. I created a new list successfully
but am unable to add Owners or Editors. The option does not exist in the list
definition. I also noticed the Owner parameter in the list config has been
deprecated. Is there another way to add Owners/Editors to a list? Any help
would be much appreciated.

Hello Auggie,

you can add owners and editors through the web interface from the list menu.

Alternatively you can use the command line interface:

sympa@ubuntu:~$ echo address@concealed | sympa add --role=owner --notify
address@concealed add [notice] 1 subscribers added add [notice] User
address@concealed has been notified

Thanks,

Auggie
