The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

My /etc/sympa/sympa.conf contains:

[root@divine ~]# grep log /etc/sympa/sympa.conf
# Configure system log
# See 
https://sympa-community.github.io/manual/install/configure-system-log.html
syslog              LOCAL1
log_socket_type     unix
log_level    debug3

and my rsyslog.conf contains:

[root@divine ~]# grep nclu /etc/rsyslog.conf
# Include all config files in /etc/rsyslog.d/
$IncludeConfig /etc/rsyslog.d/*.conf

and my rsyslog.d/sympa.conf contains:

[root@divine ~]# cat /etc/rsyslog.d/sympa.conf
local1.* /var/log/sympa.log

...then why are the only log lines from wwsympa that show up the 
"started" lines?
