/usr/share/sympa/bin/upgrade_bulk_spool.pl
/usr/share/sympa/bin/upgrade_send_spool.pl
/usr/share/sympa/bin/upgrade_shared_repository.pl
/usr/share/sympa/bin/upgrade_sympa_password.pl

Or maybe the following command ?
/usr/sbin/sympa.pl --upgrade
